All Key4 Communications (Enquiries, Technical Support, Customer Service, etc.)
are managed through Business Central (What
is business central?).
For your convenience there are a number of different methods of contacting
us, however online contact is the quickest as your communication is sent directly
to the correct person:

Business Central
Business Central is used to manage all Key4 communications. We strongly recommend signing up for a Key4 account prior to contacting Key4. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes.
Once you have signed up, or if you are an existing customer, your entire account and all communications can be managed online by logging into Business Central.
Website
The website contact form allows all website visitors (registered or unregistered) to contact Key4.
Email
To contact us by email, please email the appropriate address as listed below, remembering to enter your 'Company ID'
in the subject line of your email. Your 'Company ID' can be found in your Business Central account.
