Do you just install networks?
No. Installing something is an investment, and more so in small businesses it is essential to get the most out of that investment. Networks require maintenance and monitoring, and if done successfully the solution will be more productive and better value for money, as well as avoiding the high-impact effects of failure.
As well as our Network Installation Services, our Network Support Services are designed to maintain and monitor the solutions we implement, providing long-term stability as well as short-term success.
What experience do you have?
As well as experience working on networks at Sony, Ericsson, the Surrey Institute of Art & Design, and the London Borough of Merton, we have over 10 years experience dealing directly with small businesses, and providing individual solutions to each specific requirement.
In our experience managing small business networks is very different to managing larger networks – which is often apparent when we see an engineer from a large network trying to administer a small business network:
They are very good at specific tasks with which they are familiar, but the scope of work and responding to unique situations within small businesses often shows a lack of ability across the board and a lack of the dynamic approach required.
