How Does It Work?
Our support packages work quite simply. This is deliberate through planning
and careful design. There are 3 main areas:
- The human option - site visits & phone calls!
- Remote Administration of your server over the Internet
- A network management profile that automatically schedules common tasks
Support calls are normally created in 3 ways - either online, by an email
parser, or automatically based on an event (such as a backup failing, virus
found, or a new security update).
Our unique system - Business Central - automatically prioritises
requirements, and presents the relevant person with the relevant information
to act accordingly.
Basically, this means that if your backup has just failed; or you have just
sent an email to us requesting help; or Microsoft® has just released a critical
security update, then a new support call will be created and presented to
a Key4 employee who needs to action it.
What's better is that on a bad day this will all happen within 5 minutes.
Further still, if nothing happens then we presume something maybe wrong
and check up on your system anyway.
