What is Support Bronze?
Support Bronze includes everything in Support Server, Anti-Virus and Backup.
What is Support Silver?
Support Silver includes everything in Support Bronze, but with 12 1-day site-visits a year (1 a month) to provide onsite support of your I.T. systems.
It maybe that routine checks of your computers are carried out, or we work through problems with employees, or you may benefit from having a technical I.T. resource available to work on your projects - we are flexible and adaptive to many small business requirements.
What is Support Gold?
Support Gold includes everything in Support Silver, with the addition of Disaster Recovery Protection. If your critical services fail, whether it be the entire loss of a site or server we will immediately respond to the situation and get you back up and running in the quickest possible time.
At the start of the service we will formulate a disaster recovery plan to deal with possible situations in the future. If they occur we are then on hand to implement the recovery plan.
Whether it be a hard-drive failure, or a fire we will provide hardware on loan where required, and restore your critical services to meet your requirements. A suitable I.T. engineer will be onsite as required until normal operation is restored.
Support Gold minimises the consequences of Disaster Recovery situations in time, resources and cost.
If I order Support Bronze what do I have to do to maintain my network?
Very little! Once implemented the basic security, backup and protection of your server and critical services are provided by Key4.
Every network is different however, and not all requirements are the same. However when you order a network support package you are forming a partnership with a company who understands your requirements, and actively responds to your individual situation.
When something specific to your requirements does arise, we will provide you with simple options and aim to solve your problems.
