The onsite support can be used to carry out any support issues that have
arisen on a monthly basis, whilst also providing you with a valuable I.T.
resource onsite to discuss your network, requirements and anything you are
working towards.
Where time allows, the engineer will also checkup on client systems, checking the status of security updates, anti-virus, user activities (such as saving files to the correct places) and general maintenance of your workstations.
Support Silver provides ongoing maintenance and management of your network remotely, and provides a high-level and responsive service onsite.
